Acton Refrigeration, Inc. was formed in 1972 at the conclusion of, the owner, Bruce Morrison’s second Vietnam Tour of duty with the US Navy SeaBees. Acton participates in community fund raisers such as Booster Clubs, Youth Sports, The Healing Garden in Harvard, Grotonwood Baptist Camp, the Food Project and donates to local charities. We are also members of the Littleton Rotary club. The company has a very loyal customer base made up of Residential and Commercial customers.

Residential Heating & Cooling is approximately fifty percent of our customer base. Some of our residential homes have the sophistication of commercial jobs, with special temperature, humidity, air filtration and alarm requirements. Acton Refrigeration installs Hi Efficiency Furnaces, Air Conditioning, Mitsubishi Ductless Mini Split, HRV Ventilators, Humidifiers and Dehumidifiers, Heat Pump and Dual Fuel Heat Pump systems depending on fuel comparison costs. Acton has a Feasibility Energy Cost Comparison sheet which will help its customers in making a fuel choice decision, that is available upon request. We are a proud partner with the Mass. Save & CEC (Clean Energy Center) Programs.

Commercial Heating and Cooling we provide design, installation and service for many local businesses. Our diverse customer base includes various agricultural, high-tech operation, municipality, retail and office facilities. We service and install Rooftops, Furnaces, Split A/C systems, Liebert equipment in spaces requiring tight temperature and humidity control, such as computer rooms, server rooms and labs. We also have sights where process cooling equipment is involved. In many of these applications, fast response, a large inventory of parts and expert troubleshooting are critical to avoiding disasters: Acton meets all these needs.

Under the Commercial Refrigeration umbrella we provide Design, Installation and Service for many local businesses and municipalities. We sell and install a full line of True, Bev Aire, Hoshizaki Reach-ins, Bally Walk-ins, Anthony, Ardco, and Styeline Commercial Refrigeration Glass Merchandising Doors. We also install and service Scottsman, Hoshizaki and Manitowic Ice Machines.

Acton Refrigeration, Inc. has been a factory authorized Service dealer for the following HVAC manufactures for the past forty six years Amana, American Standard, Armstrong, Bryant, Carrier, Goodman, Lennox and Trane.
