“Three incidents 1) When my furnace in Littleton MA house was almost at the end Bruce and Acton refrigeration helped me in submitting all of the claims and paperwork with Mass Save. The transition from OLD to New was seamless. Bruce and his crew are just AWESOME!!!!! 2) When we moved from Littleton to Groton we had an issue with the furnace we inherited with house. The Heat was leaking into another zone in house and they came out diagnosed and repaired in a day. They also labeled all the pipes and valves(This is Awesome because it Greatly helped with issue 3 and saved us a BOATLOAD of money) 3) PIPES burst in house. Called there emergency contact and Rick helped me to stop water in Zone that was leaking. Craig came out next day. Craig repaired the leaks and ensured its operation. He and Rick modified our setup so it was more efficient.”

The guys did a super job, and the parts ordering was spot on – the techs had all the proper components they needed to do the job, and there were a lot of parts that needed to be replaced.
